The Carmel Building is a five-storey mixed use development. The upper three levels include senior and low-income housing featuring a common amenity room, a common deck and shared laundry facilities. Some residential suites have a private deck. The parking areas are located at level 2, above the retail space and enclosed at level 1, behind the retail space.
